JabBell is designed to work without an account. This policy explains what information may be handled when you use the JabBell mobile application and this website.
Information stored on your device
Your timer settings, workout presets, preferences, onboarding status, and custom sound files are stored locally on your device. JabBell does not upload custom sound files to our servers. Removing the app may remove this information.
Advertising and device information
If you choose the free, ad-supported experience, JabBell uses Google AdMob. Google and its partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interaction data, and diagnostics to provide, measure, and protect advertising. On iOS, JabBell asks for permission before allowing tracking across other companies’ apps and websites.
Purchases
JabBell uses Apple App Store or Google Play billing and RevenueCat to offer and restore purchases. These providers may process purchase receipts, app user identifiers, product information, and subscription status. JabBell does not receive your full payment-card details.
Support communications
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, device details, and message. We use it to respond, troubleshoot, and maintain support records.
How information is shared
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate app features, including Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play; when required by law; or to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
Local app data remains until you delete it or uninstall JabBell. Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed. You can limit ad tracking through device settings and manage purchases through your app-store account.
Children’s privacy
JabBell is a general-audience fitness utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International use and changes
Service providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their safeguards and applicable law. We may update this policy as JabBell changes.
