Using JabBell
JabBell gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for lawful fitness and training purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, disrupt, or misuse the service except where applicable law permits it.
Fitness and safety
JabBell is a timing utility, not medical advice, coaching, or emergency equipment. Exercise carries risk. Train within your abilities, use appropriate protective equipment, maintain a safe environment, and consult a qualified professional if you have health concerns.
Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app-store account before renewal. Refunds follow the relevant store’s rules.
Custom content
You remain responsible for sound files or other content you import. Only use content you own or are permitted to use. Do not import unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable timing and alerts but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or suitability for safety-critical use.
Intellectual property
JabBell, its visual design, software, text, and branding are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, JabBell is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and updates
You may stop using JabBell at any time. We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revision.
